Because My Grizzly Den uses the Missouri State University-West Plains User ID, you should first make sure you are using the correct User ID to log into the portal.
If you are using your User ID but need to change your password, please visit the Computer Account Management System - Change Password page.
- Choose "Use your security questions".
- Follow the instructions on the next page, noting the complexity requirements of passwords.
- Once you have successfully changed your password, attempt to log into My Grizzly Den again.
